Procedure for Handling External Complaints and Grievances Regarding Texas CASA Staff
Texas CASA strives for the best customer service possible for the CASA network and statewide stakeholders. Should someone have any concerns regarding the treatment they received from a member of our staff, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about the concern and respond to the grievance. Please see our process to handle such complaints here.
To submit a written complaint, details of the issue and requested steps taken to resolve it should be sent to the Team Leaders at Texas CASA at teamleaders@texascasa.org.
