Grievance Policy

Procedure for Handling External Complaints and Grievances Regarding Texas CASA Staff

Texas CASA strives for the best customer service possible for the CASA network and statewide stakeholders. Should someone have any concerns regarding the treatment they received from a member of our staff, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about the concern and respond to the grievance. Please see our process to handle such complaints here

To submit a written complaint, details of the issue and requested steps taken to resolve it should be sent to the Team Leaders at Texas CASA at teamleaders@texascasa.org.

Local CASA Program Complaint Form

To support network accountability, Texas CASA requires local programs to complete this form when a grievance meets your internal compliance policy thresholds. This form supports Texas CASA’s quarterly reporting to HHSC as part of our oversight responsibilities. Access the form here.
