Torey Tipton is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a robust background in policy development, nonprofit strategy, and community engagement, firmly committed to advancing the mission of Texas CASA. With 12 years of expertise in human rights policy, anti-child trafficking and evidence-based service provision, Torey has successfully crafted and executed legislative agendas and program initiatives designed to address and combat human trafficking through targeted and effective strategies.

Throughout her career, she has cultivated strong partnerships with governmental agencies and community organizations, fostering collaboration and mobilizing resources to drive impactful, on-the-ground solutions aimed at addressing the complexities of human trafficking. Torey’s expertise lies not only in strategic planning but also in stakeholder engagement, which has proven essential in her advocacy efforts.

Torey earned a Master’s degree in Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University, equipping her with an in-depth understanding of policy analysis, program development, and effective resource management. Her academic foundation complements her practical experience, enabling her to approach challenges with a comprehensive and informed perspective.

Passionate about leveraging her skills in advocacy and research, Torey is dedicated to supporting CASA programs and empowering their volunteers. She believes that every child in the foster care system deserves a voice and is committed to ensuring that this belief translates into actionable support for children in need. Through her work with Texas CASA, Torey hopes to continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable populations, advocating for justice and compassion within the foster care system.
