Optima offers program staff two different tracts of Refresher Training for those who want a quick review, reminder or boost: “Back to Basics” and “Beyond the Basics.” Both tracts include:
- A fast review of the most common tasks and responsibilities in Optima,
- Time limited – just 50 minutes! – and offered monthly,
- Engaging webinar formats with a live instructor,
- Multi-program format to encourage sharing of best practices!
The Back to Basics tract reviews the essentials of data entry and Optima usage. There are eight classes:

The Beyond the Basics tract expands Optima fundamentals, covering more advanced practices. There are nine classes:
